On the third Tuesday of each month, please join our monthly support groups are free peer-led groups. Family Support Groups are for family members and caregivers. Connections Support Groups are for individuals living with a mental health condition.

About the event
NAMI Family Support Groups are free, peer-led support groups for family members, caregivers and loved ones of individuals living with mental illness. Attendees gain insight from the challenges and successes of others facing similar circumstances. Â Â NAMI Consumer Connections Support Group are free, peer-led support groups for adults living with mental illness. You will gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others experiences. Groups meet on Zoom on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
