NAMI SIGNATURE PROGRAMS
With You Every Step of the Way
NAMI Hudson County coordinates a variety of programs to provide education on mental illness. These programs make it possible for people with mental illness, family members, health care providers, educators, law enforcement officers, and the general public to learn the facts about mental illness.



NAMI FAMILY SUPPORT GROUP
NAMI Family Support Groups are monthly support groups for family members, partners and friends of individuals living with a mental illness.
Hudson County Family Support Groups meet on Zoom on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.

NAMI CONNECTION
NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for adults living with mental illness. You will gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others, and the groups are led by NAMI-trained facilitators who've been there. NAMI BASICS
NAMI Basics is a class for parents and other family caregivers of children and adolescents who have either been diagnosed with a mental health condition or who are experiencing symptoms but have not yet been diagnosed. This course is available in Spanish, Bases y Fundamentos de NAMI.

NAMI FAMILY-TO-FAMILY
NAMI Family-to-Family is a 12-week class for families, partners and friends of individuals with mental illness.
The course is designed to facilitate a better understanding of mental illness, increase coping skills and empower participants to become advocates for their family members. NAMI IN OUR OWN VOICE
